Thank you for shopping at Meeviva. We value your trust and aim to provide you with high-quality artificial jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligible Conditions for Replacement:

• Damaged or defective products upon delivery.

• Wrong item received (design, color, size).

• Missing items in your order.

How to Request a Replacement:

• Email us at Care@meeviva.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Important Notes:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Replacements are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, except under the following rare circumstances:

• The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

• The order was cancelled before shipping.

• The product was not delivered due to courier issues and is returned to origin.

Refund Method:

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

4. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Replacement

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

• Items without original packaging and invoice.

5. Shipping for Replacements

• If the issue is on our end (e.g., damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other scenarios, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping.
